Great Teams - Better Leaders: Actionable Ideas on Coaching, Leadership, Culture & Teams

Like many coaches, I am passionate about Leadership, Teams, and Competition. I have been very fortunate to be a part of some excellent team success, winning 11 conference titles (nine in a row) and two section titles while coaching many future college basketball players.I have learned and seen a lot! I have lived it as a coach, parent, and school administrator.Athletics, coaching, and leadership have tremendously impacted my life. I want to share my passion and knowledge for Coaching, Leadership, Culture, and Teams with others. I want to build a community of coaches and athletes to help grow this critical profession for our kids. I want to give back.So, I took a leap of faith. On March 23, 2022, I made a commitment to myself to write about these topics I am so passionate about. I started writing on Twitter (www.twitter.com/gb1121) and have been writing ever since.In May of 2022, I took another step.
