• Chronograph Movement: A chronograph watch provides the added functionality of a stopwatch. By using the two pushers, you can start, stop, and reset this function.
• Interval Training Timer: Define your own repetitions for high intensity and rest periods to make complex workouts automatic. Save and repeat your custom interval workouts right on your watch.
• INDIGLO® Light-Up Watch Dial: Developed by Timex in the early 90s, the INDIGLO® night light allows you to tell the time in the dark with the push of a button.
• Water Resistant to 100 Meters: This watch is suitable for swimming, snorkelling, poolside diving or surfing. It is not suitable for scuba diving. To maintain water resistance, do not press any buttons while underwater.
• Fits Wrist Circumferences 150 - 205mm (5.9 - 8.1in): This watch fits wrist circumferences between 150 - 205mm (5.9 - 8.1in). Timex suggests using a garment measuring tape to ensure an accurate fit to your wrist.
